I am an experienced, dedicated attorney who focuses his practice on ensuring the rights of my clients are protected not just now but for generations to come. Firearms ownership is under constant media and social barrage, with legislators as well as other lawyers attempting to remove and recall our rights to possess and own firearms. Additionally, many of my clients wish to be able to use their NFA weapons, like SBRs and silencers, with their family and friends. I write the Trusts that allow this to occur.

I provide a unique and affordable service through my practice and provide the highest quality representation to all of my clients. I also provide discounts to veterans and active duty military, first responders including police, fireman, EMT and SWAT as well as gun rights organization members including the Second Amendment Foundation, FOAC, NRA, 2AS, and other local gun clubs. This discount is only offered for Trust creation. Be sure to ask about this discount when discussing your needs with me.
